Yea thats how you have to do it sometimes, put in a lot of time and get a great deal

I had like 4 tentative deals going with all these dealers close by and kept going back and forth like I didnt care and then took the deal I thought was best

The deal I got I went in there with such a I dont care attitude that it seemed to work best, I got up and left and was out the door when they gave the first trade in offer and got it up 4000.00 in about 10 mins:)

57!! Dam you have an awesome physique

The key is never to stop at the gym no matter what, I think most older stop and shouldnt, I totally love it and pursuing my trainer certificate this year

Everything you list can be determined to be fact, except for "Mint", which is a subjective opinion as to condition.
Your buy in price is good, further- opinion maybe even great given the vehicles age and mileage.

But sure, part of the received value, is in taking the risk that you are buying non-certified and out of warranty.

If I had the vehicle checked out? If I was relatively sure it wasn't involved in any accident. I think I could be very happy with that deal.

I saw the carfax and was good and the dealer sold the car new to the one owner and everything was serviced at this dealer and they had a look at the service records so I did feel good about it.

The only thing I didnt like was she drove it 3000 miles a month, a lot of miles for a 2013 but its ok.

usually means a lot of highway which is easy on a car.

Great price on 2013. 3k miles a month is not that high.

Re-Read the original post, discovered my reading comprehension skills were lacking.

I think you have to expect high miles on a used prius. Its not the most luxurious car, but its nice and gets great gas mileage. If not putting miles on it, then you aren't getting your value out of the car. 12K per year is way too low for anyone. 15 K would be more accurate. I wouldn't consider a prius if I wasn't going to get at least 20 K per year personally.
