I had the Weathertech Digital Fit liners on my 4Runner and they scuffed up a lot and after a year they looked horrible and old. Are the Husky's more flimsy and like rubber? If Husky is the way to go which exact part#?

Loving my new '15 Prius Persona!!!

Anything is better than the Toyota all weather mats that only cover up half the carpet. Lol.

They are made pretty well just not big enough and you end up with snow/ slush/ mud/ water all over your carpets and under the all weather mats..

That is unless you get them for free as part of the sale deal...then I'd say they are better than nothing.

I personally used my carpets (the $225 option my car was outfitted with) all winter and with a quick vaccume this spring they looked great. No real wear and tear. Surprising as they go bat shit crazy with salt in the winter around these parts. Lol

Mine are horrible in winter so I always have to get liners. Once that salt starts to crust up and if it's not cleaned up in time that's all she wrote.

    Finally something we agree on.
I bought the Weathertech digital liners for my Prius and have been disappointed in them.

They fit great, and do offer excellent protection.
But they also DO get scuffed and look dirty very quickly. To keep them looking good I almost have to clean them every couple of days. I've more or less given up.

If I had to do it over again? I think I'd go with the Husky Liners, which I believe are made out of a more "rubber" like material. Which I think is visibly more durable. Although, I admit I've never owned the Husky Liners.

I had rubber all-weather mats in my previous vehicle, and they would get dirty, but they seemed to hide scuffs and dirt a whole lot better. The Weathertech show every bit of dirt nearly immediately and then they do get scuffed either from usage or cleaning or both.

I'll try them out in my cargo mat area first. I like the fact that it has the lip all the way around it. But yes the Weathertech's (although very durable) get very dirty quickly and look like crap.

Has anyone else tried Husky all around for front, rear areas and the cargo mat?

I have Huskyliners that I bought on line for the front & rear. I don't have a cargo mat. They do the job containing whatever filth you'll track into the car. My only gripe is that the driver's mat warped away from the center console. They would have been bought very early 2010.

I bought the mats on line. When I asked about a warranty replacement I was told that I would have to mail them back. The problem isn't worth the return postage. Would I buy them again? Probably. Would I buy them on line again? Maybe not. It would depend on the price difference.

Any truth to the reviews I remember once reading that the husky liners have a tendency to move around? If this is not the case I might consider at full set for next winter. They are cheaper than the weather tech ones too...

"Have you ever tried Weathertech digital liners?" No. The comments about the Weathertech set have convinced me that I made the better choice.

"Any truth to the reviews I remember once reading that the husky liners have a tendency to move around?" No. I don't see how they can as they are an exact fit and they have spikes on the underside that grip the carpet. There is only one rear mat as it extends the entire width of the car. I don't have a cargo mat so I have no opinion on that one.

I rarely carry passengers so I'd say two of them look new. My mat is dirty as I don't wash it but it certainly doesn't look "horrible & old". If I had to get a new Gen3 I would ask the dealer to pull the carpet mats and I would use these from Day 1.

I have them in my 2014 Avalon. I live in a Chicago suburb and have used them one winter and I like them. They provide total protection from the winter slush in my Avalon. Mine are black. I like them and I have no complaints about them.

As far as the cargo mat. Weathertech's are so much more $$$ vs the Husky. I can't see paying $40-$60 more for he cargo mat.

I got the weathertech ones, and for the most part they seem okay to me. But I keep my car garaged too, so I don't track in tons of dirt and salt on it. The dirt that shows does look unsightly though, but I didn't really think about it too much, and it was pretty easy to remove/clean.

My main gripe is that the mats don't cover the gas cap release lever, so I do have to be careful about stepping near that area if I don't want salt in that spot, which is also hard to clean out. I heard the Husky's cover them.

The cargo mat is really nice and durable, and it hasn't shown any significant wear and tear yet. It fits really nice in the back as well.

I went the cheapo route. I bought 2 sets of heavy duty mats from Costco. I didn't use the (total of) 4 rectangular pieces for the rear. Used two large ones for the front, and used two for the rear - rotated sideways and trimmed to fit. It's covers the entire carpet, and they're heavy enough that they don't slide around. Total cost is $36 and if they look terrible later, even after cleaning, then it's cheap to replace.

I have the Weathertech Digital liner in front of my Prius(black) and in front and rear of my 2012 Camry Hybrid.(also black). I'm very satisfied with them. Bought used off Amazon but they looked new when I received them. Must have been returns.

I had those too, main problem is all of that salt that gets caked up on the floor during the wintertime.

Well designed and actually contains the dirt before it gets to the interior carpet.(y)

I'm surprised that the digital fit Weathertech's fit in my Prius that were in my 4Runner. It's better in the front then in the back. I may have to cut the mat a bit in the back.

I didn't have to worry about salt and snow so it was a good choice for me.
