Yipe! Headlight levelling bracket, come loose. If the bolts are still on it you can swing it back up, reattach to underside.

Swings back up and bolts hold it to nuts welded to car body. Pretty sure they're M6 coarse thread (10 mm socket size).

Those don't just come loose: someone been under recently??

Without jacking up its hard to get a good pic. Here's what I'm seeing, and I have the same LED headlights with the levelling system:

I can see at least one bolt in your pic, you may be in luck. You can get bolts at Home Depot, for one. There's coarse and fine thread M6, they're typically coarse. If you're missing one.

Thanks for all this help. I just looked underneath and the welded piece is broken so while I have the bolts and everything still, it has nothing to attached to. Any suggestions? Should I be concerned?

I think you're saying that the captured nuts in the car body are damaged? In this zone:

You could jury rig a wire link for interim, till part comes. No warning lights. ?

Better pics of mine. I wonder if Canadian model is different, the linkage looks more lightweight.

It's this zone. The metal broke. I'm thinking the best thing to do is re weld it.

Yup, at that bracket: weld and repaint the area. Are you lowered? Musta snagged on something?

Keep it assembled, at least for the first tack weld, to make sure you get alignment right. There should be weld remnants on the cross beam too, will help relocate: a walk in the park. :)

It isn't lowered but I'm sure it must've snagged on something. Lol, I only noticed it after my fiancé and her girls took it on a road trip.
