They screwed up the cargo area of that car so severely that I would never consider one.

The 2010 TCH DID have a smaller trunk. The 2013 TCH Has a much larger trunk

I was referring to the 2015. Only 60% of the seat folds down, and it's way too narrow between the trunk and seat anyway.

Why people don't delete that nonsense in the first second they own a new phone, I'll never know.

So I still like the look of the pip2 better. It's interesting to see they would pick different designs this time around. I hope the pip 2 gets shown Sept 8th as well. A 2017 model year means the pip doesn't exist for 1 year? What? Does the Mirai cover carb requirements for that 1 year?

The US spec rear head rests are obnoxious in most cars now. I took mine off and threw them in the rear storage area. I f regularly had rear passengers, I'd consider ordering the much lower profile ones from the UK.
Which isn't much different than the gen2, but placement is more important. In one of the interior photos, it is back on the dash, low, next to the steering wheel.

Perhaps I was too hasty. It appears the new Gen4 is the same height as the Gen2. It just looks like the back slopes more than I would have liked. It remains to be seen how much room it has. I think it is just that we have waited so long for this that we expect our breath to be taken away. I still love my Gen2, even with it's little quirks, like never being able to see the clock with the Florida sun. The techie stuff is now a bit outdated, but that is to be expected with an 8 year old car. Because we like our 136k Gen2 I think Toyota deserves me to withhold judgement until we know more. BTW, to the poster who wants to come to Florida, at the risk of going off topic, Florida is not perfect, but it was a big upgrade for us coming from the Buffalo NY area....we love it here..

The steering wheel has the Toyota "T". Cool, I think, maybe, maybe not?

To me that dash screams "distraction". Oh well, all the rage now.
