Yeah. I wasn't so sure how an Ohio person found Solutionz.
just remember the thread because someone else had joked not to trust a company that can't spell.
That's why the thread stuck in my head.

Not sure to what exactly you are referring, but a 12V battery that can hold 12.4 V under load will not cause any 12 V low voltage errors. The Voltage has to drop under 11 V, more like 10.5 V IIRC.

Got my 06 hybrid battery replaced by HVS last week, and so far so good. The car is running great. $1000 paid after repair, took less than 30 minutes in my driveway. Went for a test drive after work was complete, before payment. Hope everything turns out OK.

Clarification on the warranty that was written on the receipt, does not include shipping and install. Shipping was $250 and install is initially free, but normally $250 for a warranty repair. So in reality, the warranty is only worth $500 of the $1000 price if I understand it correctly. Had I known understood that clearly ahead of time, I might have went with the 6month warranty battery that only cost $800 installed. This warranty description is different than what the sales lady told me over the phone, as she clearly said there would be no cost to me. Apparently she left out the part that she was referring to the "battery only." Oh well, I still got a seemingly good functioning battery for FAR less than I have seen elsewhere.

I will report back after I get more miles on this thing.
