It appeared in a direct conversation, which I didn't ask for exact figures myself.
I believe the accuracy is not bad.
It is not from an completely anonymous "SOURCE", all I can tell.

    F.Y.I.
More than one person from Toyota's Chinese joint-venture partner company have claimed,
there are some new tech adopted from Prius Gen IV, especially the PCU unit and NiMH battery module,
in the soon-to-be-selling Corolla Hybrid for China,
helping it achieved similar fuel economy figures in NEDC test cycles ,
with same curb weight and without low Cd / small Eco tires, as Prius Gen III.
Well, no detailed internal tech info in hand yet, but there are some photos,
maybe it could be verified in the next few months.

@civicdriver06 , turning radius is mentioned here. (Multiply by 2 for kerb-to-kerb distance)

In case anyone's questioning this paragraph, the front seats really are superbly comfortable.

Added the most recent press releases to the OP. Looks like no 4WD for the US market.

Where does it say that? If true, another idiotic decision to go along with no 7-seat V for the US market. That will likely make two Toyota's I didn't buy.

Well at least the video implies somebody in marketing might be learning that beautiful-sexy women sell better than rainbows, butterflies and green pastures.

I was hoping to see combined power (Engine+motor). Engine HP remained same more or less, but not sure about Motors.

Also, weight is not mentioned anywhere, my guess is there is not much reduction at all. Overall I like presented info, but at least they could have provided weight and power.
