Hi everyone! I've been on priuschat for a few months now, and want to thank everyone for all the good information this website provides.

Anyways, like everyone else this past summer, we all saw the rendered prius leaks from some taiwanese website. Personally, I thought they looked horrible, but after seeing the real prius photos I realized that the car renders were correct but highly exaggerated.

Time would tell how correct the render of the plug-in would look like. So....after waiting for a few months and no mention on its design, I'd went back to that drawing and decided to give my own speculation on its look. Using the official image from Toyota as a starting point, this was what I had come up with...

    Enjoy! Prius_Plugin_art.PNG Prius_reference.PNG 2016-Toyota-Prius-front-rendered-731x1024.jpg 2016-Toyota-Prius-PHEV-front-three-quarters-rendered-900x402.jpg

I don't expect any changes to the sheet metal for the PiP beyond the door for the charger.

Toyota tradrmarked Prius Prime. It may be for the PiP.

It should have different hybrid system tuned for plugin that can use both motors.
