I have a 10KWh kit of all parts needed, except for BMS PCBs and charger, for gen 2 and for gen 3.
Including 76 pcs of Calb 40AH prismatic cells in 4 aluminum boxes (heated) of 19 cells in each box.
It's been in my car for about a year and has hardly been used. Charged less than 50 times.
Includes: two front controllers, one for gen 2 and one for gen 3
two rear controllers, relay box with two contactors, relay box for cell box heaters, cables and various bits and pieces. Price for new parts from Robb will be over $10k.
I'll be selling my Prius with in the next month and remove the parts, if you want them; give me an offer, I'm in south Sweden Europe.

I assume that when the kit was installed, you had the bms-cellboards mounted on each cell. What's thereason for selling the kit without the charger and the bms cellboards. On which Prius gen did you have the kit and how did it work, any issues ?
Finally what price did you have in mind ?
    Regards Kristoffer

I've had it installed on a gen 2 and for a short while on a gen 3. The BMS is my own design (http://stefan-rehnberg.com/various-electronics-projects/converting-toyota-prius-to-plug-in-hev/) and I never got it quite finished and I don't want to sell something that is a beta product.
It worked perfectly, got me from Halmstad to Falkenberg in EV mode. A friend of mine have the same setup on his gen 2.
I've since sold the Prius in favor of a Renault Zoe EV.
If you're interested, give me an offer. I can sell the cells for SEK 400-500:- /cell on ebay and the rest for at least ½ the price of new parts.

    Hi Andy,
On this polish site I can get new cells for ~ 460 SEK / cell. (CALB Battery). However if you can send an invoice, I can offer you 30 kkr for the lot. (Inc VAT).
How do you store the cells ? Do you keep them charged ?
I'm currently running a gen 2 with the hybridinterfaces BMS2 and 68 gbs 20 ah cells. My road to work is quite hilly and need more power, hence 40 ah cells should provide me with that. Have you driven the gen 3 in oog mode with the kit ? How did that work. If we can come to an agreement, maybe I will switch car to a gen 3, can you share your experince regarding gen2 vs gen3 with your kit.

    / Kristoffer

    Hi Kristoffer
Those Calb cells are the old SE cells, they have discontinued all models but the 60AH, so the Polish site must have surplus stock.
The cells I have are the newer Calb CA40 that came in 2013 (light grey in color) they have a higher power density and will deliver +40AH as opposed to the SE series that never quite got up to the spec.
If I put 76 cells with connectors in the basket at the Polish site and enter a Swedish address, I end up with US$5297,60, so roughly SEK45K or 592:- per cell, and that's for the old SE cells. And then you need something to mount them in...
I can write you an invoice but I want cash on delivery. 30kkr is ok inc VAT for the cells with connectors and boxes, but I want 34kkr if you want all the parts. That is; two front controllers, back controller, box with two 500A contactors, relay box for cell box heaters, fuses, connectors and cables...
Call me if your'e interested and I'll tell you more on my experience with gen 2 and gen 3.
