I'm also surprised that the Prius average age is high considering that everyone I know who has a Prius is 40 and younger. I know 2 other people beside myself who just bought Priuses, 1 is in her 20s and another in her 30s.

Ok I have calmed down a bit.

As Navigare says, I suspect limited rear headroom/legroom and reduced boot length, boot volume might be just about enough. For a higher seating position it might work.

Hoping pure (non metallic) white will be good for the C-HR with a 10% tint on side windows and slightly higher on back. Won't be going for pearl white as it is not easy to maintain i.e. patch up.

The CHR has the safety sense P, that includes the pedestrians detection safety system. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1457295053.068027.jpg

Wow, so they're selling this as a premium vehicle then? Small cars would normally get TSS-C.

If my Japanese is still good enough...
It could have been Lexus NX little brother.

    hi guys,
Roof seems to be limited for sure but the black tint on roof is a trick to look more sporty. Please let me dream ^^
I think the price can't be superior than a prius (produce in japan, taxes importing it) and rav4 (superior category) in europe. Maybe it will be different in US market.

Oh, c'mon what is the space between red and yellow line? Plastic? Roof is not a straight line, till that black plastic spoiler (further back than antena), roof line is the red line and then it kinks down in the line of rear glass.

    Are you sure??? just kidding...
Of course it is not stricly the red line. The idea of my last post is that the design with black tint exterior roof let people think that you have a huge difference beetween front and rear head interior space. Its is not the case in my opinion.

Anyone know which motor show the C-HR will be shown next ? Hoping they will show the interior and some more facts and figures next.

Any predictions on what the interior will look like? I am thinking somewhere between Auris and Prius.

Also, no word on wheel size, the show car seem to have 225 50 R18 is that right? If so we can expect a higher profile 17 inch wheel also to be available but not sure what the exact size will be. I tend to go for higher profile tyres and in an SUV that makes even more sense.

So is it normal for car manufacturers to hide the interior? That outdoor pic clearly shows that there is something covering the interior. Why would they do that? Does that mean the design isn't finalized or that it is a surprise?

They want to determine the moment and way of presentation by themselves. Not just some accidentily photo's made by a factor-employee.

    merged.

    Good work Navigare.

Whats with the two tone color in the exhibit vs the pure white one? I was thinking white might suit this car well but now I am not so sure, maybe the black roof + silver / metallic colored body is probably the best.

Hmm a black and white roof option, that's interesting.
