As long as I'm modding something.. :) Really digging the GT Silver.

The Prius has it's place still. It's an incredible DD. With the upgraded sound system and sound insulating, the road and engine noise that irritated me is now minimally noticeable. What's ironic the 911 is even noisier!

What a dream! I'd love to drive that baby down Highway One in Big Sur at 5am, when the road's wide open.

Today's modding project ... it's all about the overhead LEDs.

    upload_2016-3-22_21-54-59.png

I've been using the iJDMToy interior LED kit since last year. These lights are super bright! But I've decided that I want them in RED. I contacted iJDMToys and asked for a version of this kit in RED.

    They said no.

They suggested instead that I get the smaller 3x4 LED panels in the color that I want.

To replicate the Prius interior lighting kit, I had to order more than they keep in stock. It's been a while. But finally, today, they arrived.

    upload_2016-3-22_22-3-43.png

The upper panel is the Xenon White panel for the rear dome light that I've been using for a while. Below are my new Brilliant Reds that I'm going to replace it with.

    upload_2016-3-22_22-7-38.png

I started by removing the double sided sticky tape backing.

    upload_2016-3-22_22-8-55.png

Then I stitched them together with some creative soldering.

    upload_2016-3-22_22-10-1.png

    BOOM!

Would you sell your old iJDMToy interior Led's to me?

Changed out the start button with the face lifted Prius for my 2010. A lot easier to change out than I thought. Thanks @Dylan Doxey for your help!!

The button is black. Looks too blend so that's why I got this. Plus, found it on eBay for $15. Can't go wrong.

    Thanks!! I really like it!

Mail truck brought these to me not even 20 minutes ago. Engine compartment looks very good dressed up. Gotta love having a Lexus cousin so I can get parts from junked CT200h's.

Arrived from Japan a couple weeks ago and finally got around to having it color-matched and put on.

Best part is that I didn't even have to remove the rear spray nozzle.

Which is important, considering I have a wiper delete. Awesome. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Test fitted my spacers yesterday and the studs were juuust too long.

So, that wasn't going to fly.
