I'd just go for the 10 spoke wheels. Well, except I'm not really enamoured with their look. Right now I'm just happy with our 3rd gen 17" rims, silver 5-spoke.

This pops into my head, right away:

It's akin to making "silly" counterfeit money, lol.

That actually looks pretty good. How did you get the centre cap to work again?

I saw them on a facebook posting that I cannot re-locate. Shows "Tom's", but their website does not list the parts.

What did you do to the center caps to get them to fit? You mentioned filing down the plastic parts that fit into a groove on the Gen III wheel that's not on ours, and you mentioned 3M tape or something. I just ordered some center caps for a Gen III, and really want to make them work on my wheels.

Yours looks great, by the way!

Thanks very much!! I caught it in time...was able to cancel the original order because it hadn't been filled yet. Ordered the ones for the '16.

Good deal! The car looks much better without the hubcaps...just needs that little center cap to finish it off.

I popped off the center caps on the plastic wheel covers and used them as center caps. I used a thin 3M double-sided tape. All four stayed on during today's commute. Maybe a smidge too big; but better than a hole.

The one thing Toyota's got right with the 2016 rim: at least it's silver again.
