    Toyota put out a pretty good "sizzle reel" to show off the new Prime:



    And I've edited the Periscope walk-around video that the PriusChat team was able to capture in New York this morning with Nathan Kokes from Toyota.

    production starts 09/30, so a month for shipping, probably start seeing them around thanksgiving.

    that's going to be too late. I'm getting a new car before August and I thought they would introduce this since there is no 2016 plugin. comparing 2015 PIP to other manufacture's 2016 offering is going to be fun

    yes, it's sad. I thought the brand new PP would be coming out few months late just like gen4. didn't expect it to be 1 year or longer late

    Well Toyota has mentioned in passing that it'll be launched a year after the Gen 4.

    thanks! i like the robotic type plugging in at 15 seconds into the vid, i wonder if that will be available in the u.s?

    now i see why we can't have a full rear seat.:unsure:
