Does it really help to put dynomat type stuff in the doors? Is the roofing stuff ok?

So I did some research and found that some use the peel and seal stuff from Home Depot but also read when it gets hot it melts. I'm in Socal so I'm sure my doors will get somewhat hot. Is this actually the case? I would think a roofing type material would be made to handle ridiculous heat but then again it's not intended for inside doors and being vertical. i changed the HU with a Kenwood that has built in bluetooth for phone connectivity and HD radio woo hoo. Now I need to at least change the front door speakers.

I am in nor cal car been to Vegas and southern California well over 120 degress for days, a few times, I have the rubber flashing seals not from homedepot but from a contractors supply which is better than what homedepot sells. Install in doors panels and roof I have not notice anything melted so far! I used the home pot stuff in previous vehicle and noted it doesn't still very well compare to the ones I am using now .

mostly of the time, heat will promote a better adhesion of this type of anti-vibration liners

Thanks everyone. I was thinking it would be fine. I'm gonna get me some peel and seal wooo hooo =). I think there is a foam thing or something that can go right under the door panels also. I saw it on a youtube video. I wonder if it's worth it to see what that is.

There are other options besides the mats. Spray on boom mat and NHR latex paint with hollow micro fibers. I used these products on the underside and wheel wells and notice a difference.
