Thanks, It appears there is no way to move the arrow to the correct side of the compass. Actually read the manual and played with the settings. This will require a FW flash for the NAV System or a new DVD. I think we are stuck with it. However, you can select a section of the compass/looks like a 140 degree path and that is a little better on the eyes. But I put mine back to factory settings. Just fly backwards.

Project for the day. What will happen if you back up with the garage door closed? Will it auto stop?

This is what I tried this morning. See post on 140 degree arch. The bottom of the compass is missing navigational markers but that is ok. I prefer a full compass as bad as it is. LOL

OK, next Easter egg hunt. Seems I remember getting a card or key chain tag for my Collision notification system /SOS button for my last two Prius'. You call the number if it is stolen and they immobilize and track your car. Was never given these and the sticker says free the first year.

 

Yep, lazy dealer did not do it. So I called and did it myself. Still no FOB tags. May check with another dealer and see if I can get two for the FOBs.

Still looking for the button. Mine says intelligent parking assist IPA.

Continuing saga on the Mats etc. OK, the business manger called me and said $299 was standard pricing for the mats. So I called the local dealer and they said 136 total out the door with no discounts. He said the discount I got for the car included all the options as a purchase. Did not have that conversation at all at anytime.
Moral of this story is walk away if you are in a hurry and cannot take time to go over the deal in detail with a witness on your side.

Great car and would do it Again but not when I was late for an appointment and the closer kept delaying the paperwork for a cash deal.
Also he kept my wife on another conversation while I was signing paperwork and he knew I was late for an appointment. No fool like an old fool. LOL Still may have been a great deal. But could have been better. Maybe! Who would ever know for sure.


Got an Email from the salesman and he said the safety connect FOB tags are in the manual. I do not see them.

Continuing saga with the dealer and phenomenal MPG. Corporate Toyota has given the dealer until 7 April to call me with the resolutions.
The tag lien for a cash deal has me concerned since I was not told anything about a lien on the title. Very poor communications from the dealer. Being 7.5 hours away does not help.
My MPG is staying around 67-75 around my area. Lower with rain, weight, and high speeds. I am sure mountainous terrain would kill the MPG. But I have always got better MPG than others in this forum. 60-64 with my two 3's.

Also, what tires came with yours and have your figured out the side sensors and their functionality? Front and back work fine. Curious!
