Had a small fender bender and just got my 2013 Gen4 back from body shop
and noticed my passenger door is not opening with the smart lock when I touch the passenger side handle or when I double press the smart key
I did go into setting and setup 4 door open but still not working

Is there some other possible setting I'm missing ?

Depends on where the fender bended. Could just be a loose connection...

Return it to the Body Shop and make them fix it. Regardless who is paying the bill, it's their job to repair the vehicle.

If you can take off the door panel, check to see if all the wires are connected

    SM-N900P ?

One could, but why? The repairs paid for are not complete.

It only takes a few minutes, saves going to the shop and having to drop it off.

    SM-N900P ?

Being a Mechanic, I am paid to fix...so I fix., but if I pay someone else to fix something, they fix it. ;)

    To each their own.

The repairs were done at what the insurance calls there Concierge or preferred body shop so it carries a life time warranty
So having it fixed is not a problem just its annoying the place is not close so having to go back there and wait or drop the vehicle is a major hassle
so i posted here hoping it was just setting some simple fix I missed

I had a similar situation when my minivan went into the shop, they forgot to put back 3 bolts by the fender liner. Instead of driving 20 miles, I just bought 3 bolts online and installed them. Cost was about $5 but it would've been the same going 20 miles and back.

It's really easy to pop off the door panel. You don't need any tools except a Philips. YouTube search for Prius speaker install should show you someone removing a door panel. Most likely, they didn't firmly reattach the wire connector near the door handle.

I'll try that anything better then wasting my day bring the car back there and waiting around all day

On second thought i don't think they had to take off the passenger door panel the damage was front bumper and passenger side front fender the passenger door was totally unaffected
is there another plug in under the hood that maybe loose i could look for ?

The wiring for the door plugs in on the kick panel on the passenger side. Maybe they had to move those wires when they replaced the fender? I would check that kick panel area first.

When you sit down on the passenger seat, it's the panel to the right of your right foot. It's just a cover that's covering all the wires for the door. The picture attached is the kick panel......of a mustang.
