No, I am not. Are you? We have to remember that not everyone uses the same platform when using this forum. Some like yourself run a mac, others like myself run a PC and still others are using phones, tablets and other such devices.

I used to run a website years ago so I do understand some of the problems that is going on.

One thing I really don't appreciate is all of the ads but you have to accept that if you want to be on a "free" forum such as Prius Chat the way it is today. Would I sign up for a premium subscription? That would depend on how much it would cost a year.

Ten years ago I would not have thought twice about the price. But now it is a whole new ball game.

Here is what we see on the iPhone. Same "UI.X" on Mac with Safari:

Interesting. I just looked on my "Android" based phone and did not see what you are seeing. Does it go away if you "log in" @iplug

I see "PriusChat". I'm guessing that's the default image if the PriusChat logo cannot be displayed?

Must be an Apple thing. On a PC I see the correct Prius chat logo today but still "UI.X" on Apple devices.

After I posted that, (took 3 tries!) the website logs me off. I think this site has a virus. Or has been hacked. I wish I could delete my Chat account information, and all address info & credit card info related to the Prius Shop.

But I was told I can't ever delete my Chat membership info... there's no way to do it, he says. That's ridiculous!! Instead, the moderator told me to just stop posting! I've never seen any other website that won't allow you to remove/delete your membership account! Who the heck is running this crazy show?!?

That's the way most sites work; you can't excise yourself and your content, once you post it's there. The advice to just stop posting is not that off-the-wall, it'd work.

One thing I know, on my pc at least: Adblock is a necessity.

You can edit your profile and blank out most entries (or fill them with junk). If you're concerned with credit card info being stolen, ask your bank for a new card.

I just saw that at the bottom of the page. Get ready to pony up, boys! (If I have to pay, I better get my "Edit" button back... and the site should be virus free.)

Yes, thanks Don. I don't have anything personal in my profile. I was just wondering why we are not allowed to delete our membership? I've done it with other websites. No problems. (The posts can remain... that's ok; But I don't understand not being able to remove my own membershIp.)
