Audio dead

    Hello!
    I've got no sound! Radio channels light up and can be changed, gps works but no voice guidance, blue tooth dials but no sound. Changed all fuses. When I press audio then speakers the graphic shows all speakers out of balance and they don't respond to touch.
    any ideas?
