DTCs P1116, P1121, P1150, & P1151

Hey guys...

I have a 2009 salvage Prius, been running for two years now with some mild to severe problems all of them I managed to get them fixed.

I have had these errors come-up respectively, prior to them showing, I noticed the radiator cooling fans running more frequently, tried topping off the coolant in the radiator to make sure, and I'm pretty sure it took more than 2 liters at once.

Not long later the check engine light went off and those errors showed up by scanning my car with the OBD II device I have.

Cleared errors to see if the problem would just go, but one day later they showed up again.

Checked the car for leakage and it turned out that the engine radiator was busted. Had it changed, cleared errors and went home.

Same codes popped up again, and I checked the coolant temperature and it would reach up to 112 C while driving at high speeds and would be around 100 C in average, but reading some of the troubleshooting threads concerning the about-same-problems indicated:

I made sure topping the coolant up and burping the circuit, cleared all errors, and tada! Engine coolant in cooling off (around 85 C) and so far no DTCs came up...

Now,
Is there anything else I could/should do?

I do check coolant and engine oil regularly, for both they get a little low from time to time but I checked for engine damage caused by overheating and lucky it was all good.

I get around 40 mpg, it fluctuates a little bit depending on weather, I get this average with AC always on, a 40 mile daily drive with some steep hills to climb....
