lots of error codes - P3107, C1310, C2318, B1620, B1630

i hope someone out there can help me, im new to the group but have had a prius for almost 10 years, car is a 2006 Gen 2 Prius with just over 200,000 miles running on LPG and apart from routine maintenace has never let me down
it has not been used for the past 8 months during which time the 12v battery drained and had to be charged, within 200 miles of re-using it the dash lit up like a chrismas tree (! in triangle (master warning), ! in car logo (hybrid system warning), air bag (SRS warning), VSC (vehicle stability) and brake system
Toyota have plugged it in and found the following errors P3107, C1310, C1318, B1620, B1630 but they cant get it booked in for 2-3 weeks !
Ive put on a new 12v battery on and checked the two wiring connectors behind the panel above the 12v battery for corrosion (they looked ok to me). lights are still on

any ideas?

 

cant be 100% sure but i think they did
