    fotomoto,

I drive in the slow lane, I do not floor the gas pedal or the brake pedal, I glide a lot. If I see a red light up front I take my foot off the Gas, I let it rolls till stop, I hardly use my brake pads. I set my front tires to 42PSI and back tires to 40PSI, even the dealer said it's not safe I said I don't care set to that pressure please or I'm not coming back to this dealer for any future maintenance.

I'm glad the "Top 20" thread hasn't attracted much attention lately, because these Gen 4 numbers are amazing and could rewrite the list completely.

Mr.MPG - You are wise to ignore warnings about 42PSI being unsafe.
Years ago at on-track driving schools we would start with pressures around 40 and adjust up and down from there. (Usually up.)
This was on high performance street tires of the time.
Pressure was too low if you found (by inspecting tires after a track session) you were rolling over onto the sidewalls too much.
Pressure was too high if you weren't engaging the shoulder of the tire at all.
This is an over-simplification of course, but driving around on too-soft tires is unsafe because you are giving up handling capability in emergency situations.

Thx. I noticed an 18 mph avg speed for the tank. I take it that the majority of your driving is commuting on city streets, the occasional freeway, etc.?

17 miles each way consisting of 8 miles freeways, but most of the time are pumper to bumper.

Wow!! That's pretty much my commute exactly (17-19 miles depending on the exit I take and 8-9 miles highway). I have been driving at 55mph on DRCC for the last 3 tanks on my 8-9 mile highway (I95) portion, and have been trying my darndest to take it easy once I get to the city but no way can I consistently get those high numbers like you have. I have a Three w/ ATP btw. Where do you live? Hilly, flat?? I have a share of both..

Managed this today on my return from a lunch run (took only back roads and did the hilly route..good for coasting :)

The scoring system is nutty though. 102.9 mpg and only a 50/100... Yeah I did have the AC set to low on 2 bars but come on. Lol.

It's weird... not that I have a Prius, I almost want to get stuck in stop and go traffic as ev mode really helps my mpg average :)

Don't get near those numbers usually, but have noticed some impressive ones if I stay off the interstate and don't accelerate or brake aggressively (provided I'm not pissing off the drivers behind me).

Your answer would be Prius Prime.
Toyota had made many efficiency improvements in the Gen 4 HSD

Likewise, I was a bit shocked that at sport bike race school it was highly suggested that we increase the pressure in our tires, not decrease (I would have thought decreasing them since they get so hot that the air in them expands). But, sure enough, it worked wonders for the track conditions.

Congrats on your accomplishment. You are truly a hypermiler.
I tried this on my recent trip on highway ~300miles trip. Unfortunately, it has a 45mph minimum speed limit and if I glide too long, it would fall well under this minimum speed. Ended up going between 55-65mph, but still got 78.9mpg (on the dash) with my PP. However I have to admit, I did use 33% of the SOC in the wall-charged traction battery, so I cheated a bit.
