Annoying back up beep

    Just got mine early this afternoon. Didn't notice what was on the clock but think it was 0. To excited at dealership and after admin computer delays cast off and sailed out of their harbour PDQ. Well in EV actually!.

    Today was dull with persistent light rain so no happy snap pics, but after 63 miles it is pretty filthy already. Think it said 65mpg on closing down.

    It was great driving in Plymouth Devon showing as much as 70 mpg, but with Cornwall's switchback roads and cruising between 20-75 mph I was really impressed once again. Really glad I decided on a G 4 now. What with the rain after several dry days my screen is coated in diesel wax and drivers wiper blade is starting to thrum. Called in at Halfords but the old foaming cleanser sprays aren't stocked any longer. Their brand spray bottle was about as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike!

    Roll on tomorrow. Hopefully it will be dry and I can get to grips with things and report back.

    By the way. NO BEEPS when in, or selecting reverse! Will ask dealer tomorrow if they tweaked it before delivery.
