My cars 12 volt charger and usb charger won't work.

I am fairly certain the 12 volt battery is fine because the map lights can still come on and the car starts up and runs fine.

    Is this a blown fuse?

Without 12V you wouldn't be able to start the car as the 12V battery is used to power the on-board computers.

Definitely sounds like a fuse problem.

I was parked and eating lunch, and I decided to plug in the phone charger cord in the 12v, just to see if it would work. (I really didn't need a charge.) It seemed to work OK. But one strange thing, it was very hard to pull the plug back out! I had to really yank on it. Never had that problem in my Camry.

I checked the fuse under the footwell near obd port, God awful to reach btw, and checked the power outlet fuse no1 and it seems fine! What could be the issue then?

I wonder if you had the car in ready mode, or even accessories On, (press the start button without your foot on the brake pedal)? With the car Off the 12 volt and USB are both dead, but another thing to think about is the USB is primarily for integration into the car's main screen.

I am pretty sure my car is on and the engine is running and I am checking this while the car is running as well. I checked both fuses and they seemed not blown so I just took it into the dealership will let yall know what they say.

My car had the same problem and it was a blown fuse.

Maybe it is the charging cable.
    Did you confirm 12 Volts?
Does the other one work, I believe it is on a different fuse.

Real hard to tell if a fuse is blown by just looking at it. Did you actually test for continuity?
