Noticed today some condensation on the windscreen inside the front RSA camera area. It does disappear after driving a while. Is that little box the camera is in supposed to be sealed and has anybody else seen this ?

Not notice it at all, but will look out for it now.

A friend borrowed a brand new Hyundai i20 the other week and when we had that really heavy frost I noticed there was condenstion on the windscreen in front of the camera. I too thought that it would be in a sealed compartment, but it looks like for whatever reason they are not.

Perhaps if these compartments were sealed, solar heating through the screen would cause them to explode from resultant expansion of trapped air. Or, vice versa
