Five Canucks have the mumps. :(

Looks like pea soup weather in TO. Partial cloud and sunny here in Van.

I went to school in Canada and my son married a Canadian. Does that count? ;)

Welcome @Dimikill and @Polish Prius. Enjoy your "new" buggies. Awesome vehicles.

    quick side note here:
Jerry, how did you quote @member names?
I'm guessing that lets the user know that they've been signaled?

It took me a while to figure it out. If you type "@" and start typing the person's handle, a selection list will show over on the left side of the text box you're typing in. Click the one you want. The idea is to let the user know they were mentioned as I understand it. Maybe one of the "old timers" here can educate both of us more. :)

Well so far the target is to use up 1st tank of gas and make sure to find comfortable seat position.

but in reality target #1: change regular interior bulbs to LED.
#2: change old and scratched gear knob to new.
#3: change stock head unit to Android one.
#4: do interior detailing and paint waxing.
#5: install front paint protector film and back bumper guard.

any suggestions welcome. Hopefully, this vehicle would serve me well for years to come.
    Cheers

Look into cleaning and applying some wax/oil protection to the suspension, bolts, any and all fasteners.

Ok, I can play too. Welcome.
I am originally from Toronto and lived quite a while in Scarborough before Toronto absorbed it.
In 1980 I moved to Virginia to attend school. Marrying somebody from the area had kept me here. Having less severe winters did not hurt either.
I still have a sister in London Ontario, a brother in Pickering and one that just moved north to Huntsville Ontario.

    Also, Go Blue Jays!

Well, if you're doing all that, you might want to prioritize highly putting sound deadening into the doors.
Shut normally, the doors have a mildly annoying slamming-tin-can quality. It gets old IF you regularly drop off family members and don't want to train them.
I went the training route - I commonly drop off my daughter, who has a bit of a heavy hand. she got better with requests, but it really came to light the first time I got out of the car for gas and in a hurry slammed the door a bit. She complained and never did it again! lol.
But I'm planning on doing it anyway because of wind and road noise, which I'm noticing more than I care to.
    There are threads -
