Are you talking about the little peripheral lights within the LED style headllight assembly? Those are bulb with part number 00234-00192 ($2.40 (Can) per, last time for me). The same bulb is used above the rear license plate. A few have burnt out on our 2010. So far I've replace one at license plate and one at the amber portion of driver's side headlight.

I just noticed a day or two back that one in clear portion of headlight, and the other rear license plate bulb have gone out. Of course this right after I'd been to our dealership parts department, lol.

Anyway, with those small headlight bulbs there's typical a wire conduit leading up to the back, and a bayonet style connector at the end you need to turn 90 degrees counterclockwise. With replacement of the peripheral headlight bulbs the problems arise when you can barely reach your hand to some, and/or it's impossible to see, you have to go by touch.

I think on the passenger side headlight in particular, it's so crowded you may need to remove or unbolt and pull aside the engine air-intake snorkel and engine coolant reservoir. Gives you more room and visibility.

These are the parking lights I mean on top. They are definitely not the capless wedge bulb.

No mine are the same as the prius plug in or advanced led headlight.

Sorry, don't know. See the top of your headlight is different from ours, they are small LED's? Act as a daytime running light? Here in Canada the high beam lights at lower brightness serve this function.

If it's not the low beam or high beam headlight burnt out, just these small "eyebrow" LED's, at least it's not a significant safety problem. Well except if they are consider mandatory daytime running lights you're local regs will not pass the car thus?

Not sure if this was ever resolved but I'm having the same issue. Passenger upper eyebrow doesn't work.

I'm going to buy another light to replace it. You cannot just take a halogen headlight because the plugs are different (h11 vs led) and you will have an error msg for the headlight leveler.

    Hope this helps!
