So there is 3 pully for the gen 1? putting belt back on now

    I believe there is 4 things the belt wraps around. alternator, a/c, crank, and tensioner

    The 2G has an electric AC compressor, hence the serpentine belt only has to go around the crankshaft pulley, the engine coolant pump pulley and the tensioner pulley.

    The Classic has a regular pulley-driven AC compressor, hence the serpentine belt has to go around the above named three pulleys plus the AC compressor pulley, per the diagram in post #4 above.
