Should I look for this type of floor jack?

Looks like they have changed the design over the years, but still does the job(y).

The only way to improve on this jack would be to get a lift. Maybe one of these days

I like 3 ton for the extra lift. I can get my mini-oil catch system under, with a few inches to spare, enough room to reach in when dealing with oil pan drain bolt, or oil filter.

Used oil catch system on right, new bulk-oil in the red jug.

I bought that jack a couple of months ago because I needed the low profile to raise up my XK. It works really well and the price is fantastic.

Well, I checked with the dealer today and they have different part numbers. But once we worked through that, I was able to order replacements for all the plastic fasteners as well as all six rusty bolts for a little over $26. They should arrive Tuesday, so I hope I'll have time to put them in next weekend. Maybe even have time for pictures. Who knows? I'll try to post part numbers when I have them. I made the order by phone.

Yesterday I got a cheaper ... errr ... more frugal one there, also $20 off.
I got it for 79.99 with a coupon that came in the mail. Weighs a ton, but I don't often need to pick up a floor jack. The lift height isn't quite as high, but still looks like plenty.

JerryMildred which Jack did you get for 79.00? I am a little unclear
    The Pittsburg Rapid pump?

    Thanks
