Stop the email SPAM. I am not going to sign up for Sirius because I use podcasts and iTunes. Music, news, and opinion on my schedule and choice, not Clear Channel or whoever pulls their programming strings.

    What email spam?

What I did was confirm my email address to them and then edit my communication preferencs with them to never send me another thing. And they haven't sent me another thing.

I've been lucky there; no stupid emails (at least that I remember; the advantages of old age, har, har!).
But the barrage of letters begging me to pay their outrageous fees for content I don't care about, and that has buffering problems, has probably caused the death of several trees!!

Every marketing email is required to have a means of opting out or unsubscribing from the emails. Try that. If they continue spamming you, nearly all email apps have a means of blocking specific senders. Simply add Sirius' domain to the black list.

Just for fun I tried using a paid-for station at a Walgreens. It shows up on the ChargePoint app, but it wouldn't authorize so it wouldn't charge. That's probably the only opportunity I'll have to use any of the $100.

    Is ChargePoint complementary credit transferable?

I looked around online and couldn't find a definitive answer... Can you use a ChargePoint card (and the complimentary credit) to charge at a Blink station? It seems like there were efforts to make them cross-compatible in 2013 and in 2015 but it is unclear if those ever materialized. I tried to tap my ChargePoint card at a Blink station and it didn't work. I thought it would work because Blink stations show up on the ChargePoint app.

I'm trying to use my $100 credit but the only convenient paid station nearby is a Blink. Are you paying with your Blink card? I would like to pay with my ChargePoint card.

Blink ChargePoint and EVgo supposed to have a partnership a couple years ago. Have you tried to swipe your ChargePoint card at Blink station if it works you should be good to go. We don't have any blink station nearby.

I got an EVgo card 2 years ago when I go my Leaf.
But I had to set up a separate account for ChargePoint and Blink (as well as a couple of others) The "card" just identifies to the station who I am, and the accounts are per charging network. Could be different now.

    Thanks Mike:
    My experience:
    1. ChargePoint - seems to be most unambiguous with easy charge reporting and/or billing. Often found with the free, local BMW dealer chargers and also at UAH (free but requires a campus sticker.)
    2. Blink - good information about charging but so far, never free. Local Blink station charges $1/hr which is excessive for a BMW i3-REx and definitely the Prius Prime. It may work for a Tesla but I don't have one to test.
    3. EVgo - first attempt billed me $10 for no charge. Had I at least gotten ANY charge, I might have had a more tolerant attitude. None in the Huntsville area.

whole foods again tonight, no one in the two charging spots. i asked the service desk, they said a lot of complaints cause no one had a charge point membership. shows how far behind the rest of the country we are around here.
i'm sure bezos will fix it.

After visiting the Whole Foods in Chattanooga, I'm not sure.

Outside the doors, there is a suite of six, Blink chargers under solar panels. Yet each Blink was a charge station and nobody else was charging. Since I was transient, I really wasn't didn't need a charge in my Prime, 12%, so I put a charge on while getting a mid-morning snack:

The entrance to Whole Foods is beyond the left, unoccupied, parking station.

I asked the Whole Foods customer support desk about the expense and she pointed out it was a 'property owner' issue. She'd heard there are Whole Foods with their own chargers but they aren't one.

Will I visit them again, "H*ll NO!" (@Team ChargePoint, an interested observer). I spent more in gas taking a detour to their chargers than the value of the excessive cost, charge I paid for. By the time I was back on the Interstate headed home, that charge was gone.

    Not really:
    1. Requires a detour from the Interstate.
    2. Prices are too high for a Prius Prime.
      1. It may work for a Tesla and less bad for a BMW-i3 Rex because they have double or more charge rate of the Prius Prime.
      2. For a Prius Prime, the detour 'ate' the charge for an expense that I could have avoided staying on the Interstate and getting a 'Truck Stop' snack.
The irony is as long as EVSE are charged by 'time', the high-power, charging cars like the Tesla, will have an advantage. But an efficient car like the Prime or even BMW i3-REx will pay more for less.
