    2014 Owners Manual
    $25 shipped

2010 Prius II Key FOB (the one with the little ring)
    $50 shipped

    2014 Prius II Key FOB
    $50 shipped

These are both used so they will need to be reset. They are in very good condition as both were spares. The 2010 Key has been sitting in a drawer since 2014 so I'm not sure if the battery is good or not.

I would be interested in a possible trade for an OEM 3rd Gen cargo mat as the replacement Prius we found didn't come with one.

It's a shame how people keep the extra keys to the cars they sell. Selling them for $50 and then forcing the new owners to spend $300+ to get the spare from a dealer. Something about this practice doesn't seem right to me.

Both cars were totaled. The 2010 in 2014, which was replaced by the 2014 that was totaled a few weeks ago.

A pic of a 2014 after being rear ended.

I would have kept the carpet mats, trunk mats, and cargo cover etc just like you kept the fob. Good luck with the sale.

Would be interested in one of your key fobs. I am one of those new owners of a used Prius v and only had 1 fob given to me. I'm guessing key fobs are interchangeable between different models as long as I reset it and get a new key cut?

Both fobs have FCC ID HYQ14ACX, from what I have read as long as your current key has the same ID it should be able to be programmed.

I've never done it so don't really have first hand knowledge of how it all works.

Funny thing is - whenever I've traded in a car, the dealership hasn't even been interested in getting the second key or accessories. They just seem to want to close the deal ASAP before I change my mind. Last time I mentioned it, and they said "Nah.. don't worry about it."

Well that would make sense as they will probably sell the owner another key

When I was test driving a used Prius a few weeks back the dealer commented that the car 'even had two keys' like it was a big selling point. If I'm spending $16k+ on a car at a dealer it better come with 2 keys.

I was shocked at how bad cars at dealerships were in general. They put the cheapest possible tires on cars, Riken and Fusion (I actually had Fusions before on my $1500 beater, not a $16k car). Interiors were filthy with dirt/food on the door panels, seats, headliners. A very large Toyota dealer was trying to sell me a 14 Prius with the front bumper hanging off and the inside was the dirtiest car I've seen since I was in high school. More surprising was they called me back a few days later to tell me the car had sold.
