My 2008 Prius dashboard lights/indicator lights are not turning on.

The car seems to turn on fine. It's not the lights - I've turned on the headlights - they turn on. I've tried turning the dimmer on and off and they work for the console lights. (for example "Info")

    Please advise.

There's an extended warranty on it for 9 years, bring it to your dealer and get the "combination meter" replaced

Should I have it towed to the dealer? Since I have no idea what the dash says?

To make sure we're on the same page. This is what my dash looks like on.

what do you really need? if it drives, drive it to the dealer. don't pass anyone, and you'll be fine

maybe there's a fuse for the dash display?

Stepha, if you can see the turn signal indicator lights that what JC said is correct. I did look at the picture you posted, to me it looks like the combo meter is not working but I also did not see the "Ready" light.

To clarify this problem, please post whether you can see the turn signal indicator lights on the dash when you turn on the emergency flashers.

Also, are you having difficulties powering down the Prius?

The turn signals/blinkers work fine. No difficulties with powering off. It's weird.

Just dropped it off at the dealers. They were aware of the warranty. Though they said rental car was not covered.

    Thanks everyone for your help.

Symptom of a low 12v battery? Interesting. That's a new discovery. Maybe I should sell my 2 spares.......
