    Hi there Prius owners :)

I am in need of a scan for any DTC's on my 2008 Prius in the Phoenix area. There are 2 reasons,

    1) is that I have an small reader that gives out live data but not showing any codes even when the red triangle was on.

    2) is that I would like to purchase a scan tool that I have seen work on my car. I am not keen to purchase a $300 item for it to only read a few codes.

I may not get any codes this time around as I disconnected the battery (from an overheating HV batter) and have since cleaned the HV fan.

    Cheers
    Shane.

I don't have a suitable laptop to use in the car and would prefer to get a scan tool Like I had for my Holden in Australia, (the Tech2) where I could solve almost any DTC issue and program things like the dash cluster when changing wheel size and so on.
