I set all my safety features to maximum sensitivity. When I intentionally try to test LDA the steering assist doesn't always work, but the system is designed to detect whether or not you moved on purpose. This makes sense as if you steer the wheel on purpose you might be trying to avoid something, or the sensors could be wrong about what it thinks it sees and if you have within the past few seconds been intentionally steering it knows you're paying attention. It is more designed for inadvertent gentle drifting outside the lane.

If I am tired or not paying enough attention it seems to always work and the gentle nudge of the steering wheel combined with the beep are enough to instantly allow me to correct course and pay more attention.

I finally turned my LKA off, it's more of a nuisance than assistance in town. I'll probably turn it back on if I go on the motorway as it does seem to work better at higher speeds.

Me too. I turned mine off, but forget to turn it back on again for the motorways. I guess I just pretend to stay awake while I'm driving!!! :sneaky::sleep:
