I have two sets of 28 modules from crashed 2010 Prius available.

The first one has only 49k miles. From my experience with UBER drivers in LA the 2010 pack is good to 200k miles. I have seen two that failed and there was no individual cell failure just the whole pack loose enough capacity to cause failure at 200k miles. Of course time is not a factor because these car were driven long hours almost daily. Uber driving is a lot of start and stop plus much of LA is not flat so you have hills plus the A/C in spring summer and fall so this is plenty of work for the battery.

Based on the above data a 2010 with 49k should be good for another 150k miles. I these modules for for $1,000 with free shipping and $1,200 install (LA area only). Battery pack for 2004 to 2015 Prius with Gen 3 modules (2010 to 2015)

I have another 2010 with 89k miles on for $1,000 installed and $800 for just the modules with free shipping.
Hybrid battery with Gen 3 modules for Prius 2004 to 2015

How can you provide proof of the mileage? Low mileage hybrids are usually problematic with the battery?

89kodo.jpg Low mileage hybrid are usually problematic with battery?

I have repaired two low mileage gen 1 batteries and they performed very well. Then the cars were sold and I have no idea. High mileage Gen 1s - I repaired twice and they failed the next day. (not happy memories and I do not repair gen 1s anymore. Rebuild only when I have two imilar Prius C pack available or new packs $2,400 installed. )

Old high mileage hybrid let sit for a while yes tend to have battery failure. But low mileage car even let sit for six month I have
never seen or heard of any failures.

7 year car with 49K that is about 7,000 miles a year, not particularly low and the donor car was only 7 years old. The junk yard I get these from usually provides images of the odometer but for this car the picture just shows a blank console (ignition off). I have been dealing with this junk yard for years and they usually provide pictures that verify the mileage. So I trust them plus the voltage variation between the modules of only .01 volts verifies the low mileage.

89 K car the ODO image is above and it's voltage variation between modules was .02 volts

You can rebuild a pack with 400k miles and possibly get a voltage variation of .01v short term. That does not mean anything

How is this proof to you that your rebuilds were good? You sold the car and have no idea. If you repaired a car twice and it failed the next day, just means there's something wrong with your repair process or you don't have a full understanding of how the batteries work.

The repair process you seem to use is finding a failed module and replacing it. That's what we call "whack a mole" repair. Not very good and not very long lasting.

Batteries deteriorate with age, they will go out of balance from sitting. There are lots of members with low mileage cars with failed batteries. Stating your 2010 battery with 49k miles (unproven) can go another 150k miles is just a plain false statement.

Sorry I have rebuilt many packs with used modules from junk yard. I recently contacted the owners they are all doing great. My own 2007 Prius is one of them. I rebuilt the pack over a year ago and have since put 20k miles on it and it doing great.

They go out of balance from sitting? Low mileage packs and packs from 2010 and newer do not do this that is why the voltage variation is only .01 volts.

Lots of members with low mileage cars with failed packs from what years? The packs have improved over the years a pack from a 2010 has fewer impurities and the individual cells rarely fail but then I do not see failed packs with warranty claims. But if you rarely drove your car and this caused battery failure Toyota would have lots of warranty claims. They claim they do not.
