Worked on getting the FR-S seats installed. Need some more parts from a stock set of seats to do the wiring, but the rails are mounted and the seats bolt into the car. IMG_6250.JPG

Frankensteined a qi charger mount together ($6 for coil, 35cents each for 2 outlet faceplates, and used leftover cerrowire and double sided tape)

During my test drive (BT music playing, navigation on, data on, normally what you'd use if going on a long distance drive to a unknown place) it looked like my note 8 actually lost charge (2% over 30min drive), but I will test with the phone's wireless charging set to fast wireless charge and see if that makes any difference.

I'm looking at throwing a pair of these in. How hard was this swap? Do you have any warning lights on now?

The front holes can line up with a little manipulation. The rear holes need the outer tab moved out by drilling out the rivets and rewelding the tab to the slider.
No warning lights, 2.2 ohm resistor for the thigh airbag, and I hope to try out the passenger seat this week, still need to install the heated seat kit in the passenger. Video Part 2 wil be the rest of the install details.

It sounds noticeably lower-pitched and growlier now, and a bit louder. Still a prius of course, but more angry and less whiney.

Uploaded the second vid in the seat installation series. Front seats are done, now on the hunt for a black rear seat and door panels.

You’re the man. I just dropped my car off TONIGHT for a shop to install them tomorrow. I had linked your original video to them before, so I’m sure this will be helpful, also!

Mpg has been about to same so far, but seems to be a little higher over my longer drives with lots of hills (nothing major though). Acceleration from a stop isn't changed much, but the butt dyno says the car is handling freeway speeds better now. By that I mean it's not as much of a chore to pass trucks as it used to be, if that makes sense.

That's good to hear really. The C is really underpowered when trying to pass on the freeway. Glad it's working out in that way!

Installed Noico in driver’s door. Had to replace my front speaker bracket that cracked and finally did the two types of Noico while I had the panel off. (I’ve had the Noico for almost a year and have just not gotten around to it...) It was easier to install than I thought and made a nice difference. The door sounds more “substantial” when I close it. Too soon to give an opinion on improvement of sound from music because I’ve already removed my passenger door panel and have yet to do that or the two rear doors.

Okay this was technically done yesterday, but in addition to the normal 30k service items ...

Complimented my previously installed RSR springs with some TRD Sportivo shocks originally ment for the Yaris. They are actually a bit shorter than the stocks so they should be about perfect stroke for the lowered height. Ride is much improved in my book, but I tend to like my cars to hand more like a sports car than a Cadillac.
