Bluetooth doesn't always let me answer calls

Apparently my battery was disconnected when a auto shop replaced sunroof and the two front windows on my 2015 Prius 3. The date and mileage were re-set and all the GPS addresses were wiped out. My Bluetooth will let me call out and I can view my texts but incoming calls are not always connecting. It hangs up within 5 seconds, even the map disappears for a few seconds.
Any suggestions on what to do?
Toyota, the auto shop and Verizon have all re-paired the phone and all was well in the parking lots. A tech even rode with me and, of course, everything worked fine.
I have an LG G3 that worked fine before the sunroof was replaced and / or the battery was disconnected.
    Thank you.

What Android version does your phone have, Betsy? Please check under Settings, About phone. You might need to update your phone's software.

I updated the phone. This afternoon the blue tooth in car did not let me answer so I think it's still because the battery went out. There has to be a bluetooth reset button for the car somewhere, right?
