I hereby resign/abdicate my #1 Position in the Eco Dashboard, due to "Traffic Harassment"!!
It's just too damn crazy out here, especially with uncertain Charger locations at all the different, distant locations I must visit!

I just now updated mine and you are still in 1st place with 999.9 mpg / 429.94 miles through today. Second place has 336.49 miles so not very close. Traffic is tough.

Our road trip on 12-1, about 80-90 miles in HV mode, is taking forever to come back from :-( I’ve had orange blossoms, but they refuse to ripen into juicy fruit!

Got a rainbow today. I am one with the universe. Kind of surprised since I had a 140 mile trip yesterday and used that stuff called "gas" a lot. Got 82.3 miles MPG.

 

what's this "gas" you speak of? some kind of gastronomical event?

 

Anyone having trouble getting their ECO Dashboard to update today? I can't get mine to show anything from my 130 mile trip today.

 

Mine hasn’t updated either.

My old Fiat 500e app would go dead 2-4 times a year. Sometimes for several days. It was interesting when the cars location showed Turin, Italy instead of Oregon

 

I called Entune to report it and they said nobody else had reported it.

1-800-331-4331 is the free Entune support number. They won't do anything unless they hear from others.

PS, I logged out and back in the app, did notice the date on the Charge Mgmt screen was correct. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and changed the vehicle name, none of which worked. We even talked to the Safety Connect folks and they said the vehicle was connected and active/

 

Maybe because we've been having a monsoon here in Plano. /sarc

Maybe it's the same guys that do Priuschat.

 

If you use an Android device, I highly recommend you don't update the PriusChat app because it's buggy.

Long story short, I had to send a copy of the original .apk from another device by Bluetooth to the device I updated to fix the problem.

weird, got my usual "Our systems indicate your #1in Clawson MI has successfully completed charging" only I was at work from 3:00 pm to 8:00pm and there are no outlets at work to plug in. the message appeared on my email at 5:58 pm today December 19, 2017

 

Strange. Did your ECO Dashboard update or show anything for the 19th? They gave me a case number. If I can't get an update after driving this morning. I'm escalate to level 2 support.

You have to get above 20mph once to generate a new ECO score to make the dashboard update.

I should have gotten an email this morning around midnight and 5:30am about schedule start and stop and I haven't. I know it charged because I saw it flashing at 4:30am.

The more people that call, the faster it will get fixed. 1-800-331-4331 is the free Entune support number. They are good to work with.

Thanks. Same issue. I'm on the phone with level 2 support right now. First thing she said was nobody else has reported an issue, so they think it's just me. It obviously is not just me. I'm on hold.
