    It's been sent to level 3 support and they are testing.

    They need to hear from others that are having this issue. Right now, they have only heard from me and therefore think it's on my end which we know is not true.

    I told them to check the outbound queue on their email sever. I can guarantee it's got a large queue going right now.

    Level 3 had me change my Entune password so they could model from my side. They're supposed to call me back after they've parted out and sold my vehicle, er I mean after they've tested with it.

    I'd be more than happy to help, but all we have on tap today is fog. If all the East Coast members can lobby for West winds, maybe Friday's rain will come to you.

    You're absolutely right, barnacle breath; we have a breach in data transmission, a discontinuance (incontinence?) of updates! It don't seem to be woikin', Jack!! You fussy folks have found a Glitch! My last drive was 12-19-17, around 2pm.

    It sounds like a possible sync problem on their side, although the Safety Connect people said the vehicle was connected at the time of the call.

    How does their Entune app server for Primes connect to the cloud when they sync?

There's definitely plenty of Hot Air in DC right now, and with current legislation being shoved furtively down our throats, the rotation of the earth could change so that prevailing winds would favor the arrival of rain to our baked and burnt desert!     The people that know, are not talking, yet. It's their side.

    On the first call, I had the Entune support guy on the cell speaker and the Safety Connect people on the car connection at the same time, per the Entune guy's request. The SC lady was like " um why you calling me?" Hacked off the support guy who via speaker said, to do your job and check this customer's account status after he identified his self.
