    Meh.....
    It's an Accordian hybrid+.
    Bigger than an Insight....
    MORE expensive than an Insight....
    More attractive than an Insight...

    It's about as "Insight" as my 2009 Sierra, but at least they didn't follow the current trend of throwing curves here and creases there in some haphazard attempt at styling....

    It's probably another compliance vehicle under the hood.

    Nah, it’s Honda’s dedicated hybrid platform
    Just as the Clarity is a dedicated plug in.

    My guess is the future Insight is more Clarity than I would like with different decorations and no plug.

    Soooo, your Prius is an alternative to a Toyota? Am I missing something here? o_O

    There were no other Toyota vehicles we could consider that did not have the blackface cow catcher / Darth Vader look.

    Don't you love the precise language your people constructed?

    the important hope ought to be that Honda will come up with a better battery solution, that doesn't end up failing prior to end of warranty, as well as including a plug-in version, if buyers want. After all, manufacturers continually say, "we've seen the light" Let's see if they put their products where their mouth is.

    I would prefer a Gen I with a plug but based on previous Honda statements
    Insight = Hybrid
    So I’m thinking their “branding” won’t allow it to plug in,
    I’m also guessing the Insight will literally be sitting on another Honda platform and likely be nearly the same dimensions as whatever is built on

    I hope I’m wrong
