No air from windshield vents

    No air from windshield vents
    and after a little bit search on the net, i found that the problem could be in a Heat Damper but I have no idea how can I get there and open the dashboard.

    best route is to take a $15. subscription to toyota tech info on line (service manual).
    there, you will find troubleshooting trees, parts breakouts and repair procedures.
