Gas pedal

    A deer hit the front hood of my 2012 prius and after the impact I went to go forward and for a minute my gas pedal wouldn't work just went down but the car didn't move, but then it worked and has worked ever since, it was a weird feeling, was that a result of the impact.

    most likely, but you should have your car checked out at a dealer for safety concerns.

    Wow, Caroline. Bet that was terrifying. Glad your OK!

    The advice above is spot on, me thinks. Better knowing than sorry. Pretty important part. (Don't want that suddenly acting funny)
