PriusChat Shop Legit? Want custom floormats

it is legit, but there have been problems with delays and the like. i would order if you're not in a hurry, and are prepared to cancel and file a complaint with your credit card company, and hope for the best. some have had no trouble.

 

I've never had no trouble but I've heard others have. But I would order again from them.

 

On Priuschat website lately I've seen maybe 5 postings negative, one positive. The negatives involved items not shipped, lack of response to email. It could be there's a lot of happy customers who don't post, but personally, I'd stay away. Nobody in the know has posted anything here about the PriusShop issues, say some explanation for the delays or assurances of future reliability.

Take a look here. I'm sure yours is the same fit as my 2013. Supposedly these are all the ones Amazon has that fit my car.

I bought my windshield sun screen from the PC shop early last year. No problems and the price was lower than from the manufacturer. Since then, I've heard lots of complaints about non-delivery and no response, so I don't think I would try that again till it's fixed. Of course, if we all waited, we might never know if it's fixed.

 

Just a word or two from someone on high would go a long way.
