Greetings, I replaced my 2013 prius plugin hybrid with 2017 prius prime premium. Main draw : 25 miles EV drive coverage. I like it so far. The wavy windshield glass, is so unique .

Have a quick quesiton : Trying to get used to the clock and charging setting. Could not figure out , how to set the Day of the week. Charging events, have generic " complete Charging by certain Time everyday of the week"

    Any ideas ?

ummmm do not know for sure but maybe in the time setting or date/time.

We only used the timed charging. We do not use the date feature so I don't know for sure.

@PCPrime : Not quite the same.
The above instructions are clear for setting charging events to suit your needs.
However, where do you set the day in Vehicle's System settings, so that charging event's schedule can make use of it.

You don't, as far as I know. You do the Charging Event Calendar to set the day/time for charging.

The vehicle is showing Saturday as Today ( as it has already showing a vertical grey band), when it is supposed to be Monday in the
charging event. There is a disconnect right here. Not sure, why would they set the charging days, when the today's day is not set.

Why would they not give this option to set the DAY ( no matter what I do with charging event selection )

Ohh ok I see what you mean now.

Using the right D-pad on the steering wheel to control the 4.2" MID, press left or right until "Settings" is displayed. Press enter.

    Scroll down to "Meter Customize"

    Scroll down to "Calendar"

    Yes, that did it.

This is a Critical item on the Setting about Calendar. Thanks Tideland Prius, Moderator

Hope someone from Toyota monitor these chats and update the manual promptly.

    ;)
