I'm not sure if I have a short or if this is to be expected.
This morning, the dummy light came on for the lane departure so I pulled over to try to figure out what the light was, but I didn't have the books with me and I turned off the car and checked that the doors were closed tight and and the charger port was closed, etc.
And when I got back in and turned on the car, there wasn't anything showing for reserve.
It dropped from 20+ miles to nothing!
Has anyone else ever had this occur?
    And should I be concerned?
I will also add that I had pulled the bumper off in my driveway 3 weeks prior and just got it back from the dealers collision shop.
(Not a good experience there either and not confident in the work they did.)
I did not have the heat or AC on either as best as I can tell.
I did have my cell phone plugged into the usb charging port....
    Please advise. TIA!

If you can reproduce the fault bring it back. I'd start keeping records of strange behaviors showing up after that bumper repair.
But, removing the bumper yourself ? than bringing it into the dealer for bumper replacement?
It's not a normal car or a normal bumper - but you already know that I'll assume from your post.
I cringe just thinking about what you saw while doing that bumper removal project. (all that lane departure stuff, etc) ....

Yes, I had a totally full charge when I left the house. I Had just left for my 13 mile commute to work. It usually shows 30 miles initially when started up, and it showed 26 miles left when I pulled over and turned it off to see if I might have left a door open (as I didn't know what the dummy light icon was for that was showing up on the dash, which was for the lane departure being on I found out later, apparently I never noticed it on before, but I recently changed the view from the initial setting it came with) but when I got back in and started it up, there was nothing left, it had completely drained. I was only out of the vehicle for like 2 minutes at the most and the car had been turned off. And yes I was set on totally EV mode.

I cannot reproduce it (nor do I want to!)

I did not do the removal or repair myself. It was brought to the dealers collision center!!! But they didn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling about their professionalism nor knowledge of the EV vehicle!!! :(

They jerked me around for weeks... and then said they needed to add more to the estimate because they didn't realize they needed to program the headlights (or something similarly ridiculous!!... I said this is an EV vehicle, and I brought it here because I thought you all would know what to do for the repairs and to provide a comprehensive estimate?!?!?!

To top it off, when I finally did get to pick it up, it had not been cleaned (there was footprints still on the mat, and finger prints on the dashboard, and it wasn't locked, and it was not charged up either as a courtesy...

I truly don't think they realized it was even an EV...

It was far from a positive experience...

And seriously... $8,000 for a bumper repair?

I thought that the Toyota Safety Sense included the sensors to tell you if you're too close to something, but apparently that's only on the ADVANCED, along with the ability to remote start it... So disappointed in the sales and now repair experience with this dealership!!!

I only have myself to blame... I rushed into it thinking there wouldn't be any 2017 leftovers if I didn't buy it right after the new year, so it's my own fault for not doing the extensive research online first... and just going buy what the sales pitch was...
