It has a site gauge on it that I can just barely see from the top side. I’ll report back in a couple weeks with the amount of reminisce and mileage.

I find the dipstick quite difficult to read. (mine is black) Always worried it's not telling the entire story.

I check the catch can dipstick like I do the normal Prius oil dipstick: pull it out, wipe it off, reinsert, then take te reading;).

You’ll see the liquid level, if there is any(y).

Hi there! I was wondering if you could share the mount design with me so I can 3d print it as well. Thanks for all your input! It sounds like you know what your doing. I ordered the same OCC, and now looking to see if you have a design that will work, and save me some time! Thank You!

It is in my signature in blue for the file link to thingiverse. If you have a 3d printer it is free to print. Pla+ did sag but worked. The nylon I am using has not seen summer heat yet, so far so good. Peek would be best but my hot end and bed will not get hot enough to print it.

Abs will sag with heat. A lot of things that appear to be plastic(abs) under the hood are blends on nylon, polyurethane, polypropylene, pvc, polystyrene and the list goes on.

I believe it is 68mm but the file I had to bump it up 68.485~68.515 to counter shrink rate of nylon. It is snug. Any of you 3d printers would know the struggle is real when you start changing setting and filaments, Printing tpu just is not easy.

    Hi All,

I am new to the forum. I have a 2014 Prius Four. I love the car! I have purchased an OCC. I really have learned a lot about OCC's here on this forum. Can someone who has installed one on a Gen3 please post pictures or at least a description of where the OCC is spliced in? I have looked at pics that show a metal tube. For example, there is a great YouTube video I believe by Nutz & Boltz that shows us how to clean this metal tube going to the EGR valve assembly. Is this where the OCC would be spliced in on a Gen3? Other pics I have seen online show a U-shaped rubber hose. Any help would be appreciated.

I would go through this thread from start to finish. There are many pictures of OCC installation locations and how to route the hoses. (y)
I did the entire engine component cleaning and installed the OCC at the 120K maintenance interval.;)

    Here's where I installed my OCC.:D
