I have a 2013 base model Prius C. I'm wanting to space out the wheels and get aftermarket wheels that fill out the wheel well. I was looking for suggestions on spacer width and wheel size?

Do a search, there's a few threads, IIRC, by a member called Mahout who used to rally his PC. He had a few specs on wheels.

If you just buy the right offset wheel you don't need spacers.

    For example

That's a 6" wide wheel with a 42mm offset. Tires are 205/50/15. There's a few different wheel offset calculators online that you can use to figure out exactly what offset and width will fit your needs.

Why do your 15 inch look bigger than my 17 inch rims.

lol Wheel design usually plays into it a lot. Which is one of the reasons why I bought wheels that have spokes going to the outside edge. Since they are similar design, I'm going to say its all in the photography. Take a photo at a similar angle of your , and you should see a big difference. Particularly if you have access to a camera with a wide angle lens.

A fish eye can make them look REALLY big lol, although looking back I wish the lighting was better in this shot. And now thanks to you I need way bigger brakes up front!
