how do I click yes for the message on the dash that says do you want to use air conditioner during charging yes or no. I have tried clicking on the dash and the touch screen...nothing works. Is the enter on the steering wheel? Thanks for any help.

Yes it's on the right side of the steering wheel. Use the left and right buttons to select yes or no then the middle button to select.

How do I set the car to default to yes or no and stop asking?

In the settings you can set it so the warning doesn't show, but you can't set the default setting. Unless you set a scheduled charge during the day when it is hot, the feature won't work anyway. It doesn't work when you Charge Now.

I've noticed it takes a lot longer to charge when it's hot. Seems odd that it can't be locked. I live in Phoenix, and the other day I came home and plugged it in to charge it in the afternoon. It was close to 100 outside. The charging took longer than usual. I was surprised to open the car door and it was WAY HOTTER inside the car than outside! That seem absurd. The fans under the back seat were really cranking. I turned on Aux to try turning on the A/C, but it didn't come on. I had to actually start the damn car to turn the A/C on. It magically finished charging within about 5 minutes.

So much "smarts" in these cars, and they can't figure out how to cool the damn batteries when it's 100+ outside. Why do I need to even say to turn on the A/C? Why wouldn't I want that?
