    actually some of our Prius Chat members with TX batt repair shops seem to offer new Toy batts for install, so I am waiting to hear from them

    Ok what models will fit a gen 2. I know some Camry hybrids and altima hybrids have the same cells as a prius Gen 2. I just want to know which cars and which years have the same cells so I can use those for a rebuild.

    you can use gen 3 cells. maybe even gen 4, iirc.

    Camry modules are junk once they've been pulled from the car. It seems the Camry is really hard on the battery.
