Midnight Silver Metallic, standard no extra cost wheels. The first of many you will be seeing in the future. Did you peek inside through the windows? Impressions? Wait til you test drive one!
(very nice neighborhood to walk in, we walk over 3 miles a day)

it was more attractive in person than pics, same as the gen4 prius. i didn't want to get too close, the neighbor lady had her eye on me. probably thought i was going to steal it.

the front looked much better than i thought it would, and the trunk looked like it might be roomier than expected.
    overall very attractive.

i imagine there must be one in the local showrooms.

my wife and i were discussing it after we walked by. i still would prefer a hatch, and more convenient supercharging between here and florida.

i didn't think that pic was going to post. i struggled for about ten minutes, and was surprised it worked.:p

    avatar next.(y)

That is the typical reaction - pictures don't do the car justice. Although a hatchback would be more handy, the trunk is very large. With the rear seat folded down, people have put surfboards and tandem bicycles in there. And then you have the frunk too. It holds a typical airline carry-on or several bags of groceries.

But what seals the deal is the test drive. It puts the fun back into driving! Your local gallery store should have a test drive model. The sales assistants are not on commission so they will not pressure you to buy.
Tesla people drive the length and breadth of the Eastern Seaboard all the time with no issues. Play with this route planner to see how how convenient it is.

i didn't get out my magnifying glass, but the panel gaps and seams looked fine to me.

Yeah, that seemed to be an early production issue with robots that needed to be calibrated. Owners seem to be very satisfied in recent months, although there are still some who pick up their new cars with digital micrometers in hand to measure panel gaps! Wouldn't want anything to be off by 1/32"

We wanted to add similar hardware to the front of our garage, but the homeowners association said “not so fast”:(.

Still have the hardware if I’m feeling like bucking the system(y).

    congrat's!!
Around here - they're as thick as gnats. We're averaging a couple sightings every time we're out & about.

we've looked at houses in developments with covenants, but they put me off. i spend too much time bending the rules to go through that grief.
otoh, it does keep the neighbors from getting too crazy.

Homes in the Northeast tend to be older than those in Calexico. Some of the older "Spanish Bungalow" style homes in Calexico have wooden garage doors that are hinged at the side. Thought maybe yours worked the same way.
