    See, I think I’m missing info to complete the puzzle. My very first attempt was just a volt meter. This was a few months ago. Then I found out low modules could still show 7.2+ volts without a load. Many weeks later I did the volt meter but had a light hooked up with it and held it on each module(38) for about 2 minutes to watch the drop. After that test I found 3 that dropped below 7 volts after just a few seconds. Now, numerous weeks later again, I pull the whole system out of the car. I now have it at my house. After disconnecting the bus bar(?) and it’s been about two weeks sitting like this, I have one at 6.5 and the other 2 are showing -5.6ish on the volt meter with a load. I had been doing the discharge/charge with the charger this whole time. So I put that load on the other day for an hour or so and took the 6.5 module down to whatever I said. 1.6 I think. I charge it with my IMAX on .1 amp for an hour. The charger will say it’s up in the 8v range but after I put a load on it it shows 6.5 still and it drops slowly which I think is what it should do, but I can’t get that module up into 7vt range. Side bar; I’ve only been messing with the 6.5 module. That’s my test subject thus far. I guess I’m trying to address the 3 bad ones and then I will condition the whole pack? That I will address later. For now I need the modules dealt with. This has been a circus so far. You guys are gonna hate me by the time I’m ready to condition the whole pack

    Well, .1 amp is too low to fully charge and because your imax is a smart charger you can set it up to charge as high as 3 or 4 amps and that might make a difference. But yea, it's not looking good. Typically when I charge every individual module on a pack it stays just barely at 8 volts for a little while then self discharges on its own down into the 7.6v thru 7.8v range over the course of a few days. It would be cool if this was simply a problem of only charging at .1 amps. Have you always charged at that level? Maybe try charging at higher levels?

    I wish I had written this whole process down but I have gone as high as .3 if I remember. I think I just did that when I got home today for an hour. When I get home again I’ll hit it with some juice as you’ve stated. I will also test the whole process on a module that holds under load. I’ll discharge to 6.5, charge, discharge to 6.0, charge, and then deep discharge/charge. I’m already in it to win it so I may as well give it a go. I was concerned with going to high because I kept reading that that was delicate also and would ruin the module. I’ll update tomorrow after I do this.     So I ran the cycles on a good module. I see what happens now. It hasn’t yet been a full 24 hours and it’s still dropping slightly but it’s at a strong 7.8ish. I’m still playing with the 6.5 module. It’s almost done. See if I can put life back into it, otherwise, I’ll start my search for similar modules to swap with. I’ve been reading more along with all the advice here and more of the pieces are fitting together. Thanks again and I’ll keep things posted.
