    AND other CARB states.
The states that have adopted the California standards are: Connecticut, Delaware,Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New Mexico (2011 model year and later), New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington, as well as the District of Columbia.
But I read in other thread that Pennsylvania does not get 10/150, so there maybe other CARB states that do not get extension on normal 8/100.

Edit: Here is an excerpt from 2017 PRIME Warranty Booklet
Warranty coverage for the hybrid battery is 10 years or 150,000 miles, whichever occurs first
Applies to California, Connecticut, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island and Vermont vehicles equipped with a California Certified Emission Control System.

Edit: Following states are excluded from the above extension, thus has only standard 8/100 coverage for the hybrid battery.
Applies to Delaware, Pennsylvania and Washington vehicles equipped with a California Certified Emission Control Warranty
Edit: New Mexico and District of Columbia are identified as CARB state, however there is no mentioning of those states in 2017 PRIM warranty booklet, thus I assume New Mexico and DC get only standard warranty of 8/100.
